I am subscribed to the feed http://www.cityagentsclub.com/cac_rss/ via RSS Popper.

After setting it up it will work fine for a couple of days and then no more messages will come through. When this happens we have to remove and re-install RSS Popper and then we will start to receive messages again for a few days and then the whole process of no messages / uninstall / reinstall has to be gone through again.

City Agents Club say they have no problems - does anyone have any suggestions for what the problem could be?

It happens on a number of machines - all are running Windows XP SP2, some with Outlook 2003 and some with Outlook 2007.

Any help gratefully received! Thank you.

That specific RSS requires username/password so we can not test it here.
The only way to continue investigating this issue is if you send us RSS Popper log file.

C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\RSSPopper

There's another option (from the FAQ):

RSS Popper used to work, but not any more - the toolbar is visible, but no new items...

Most common reasons:
1. More than 1 PST got the same name (e.g. 'Personal Folders') - Since RSS Popper selects the target PST by it's name, changing/closing PSTs might change the order and cause RSS Popper to put the new feeds in another PST. To resolve this - change the name (in Outlook) of one of the PSTs or just open a new PST for the RSS feeds with a new name.

2. PST Name changed - similar to reason (1) - just got to 'Options' and set the new default RSS location (it will change all the feeds going to the default location

Hello
I also have this problem where I don't seem to be getting new feeds. I have multiple feeds and sometimes I get a new feed for one but I don't for another. It seems kinda random. I have to remove the feed and then re-add it to get the new feeds. I check the tips (The location I get the feeds has a unique name and the PST name did not change). Is there anything else I can try? I am using version 0.38e.

Thanks
